- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and improving production processes to ensure high-quality output, efficiency, and adherence to safety standards in the mattress production line.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of experience in a production role, preferably in furniture, mattresses, or foam industries.
- Familiarity with mattress manufacturing machinery and materials is a strong plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good knowledge of lean manufacturing and production planning.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
