Job Description
- Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
- Develop and execute sales strategies in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and year end goals.
- Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
- Updating management on the status of all prospects.
- Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferred in food and beverage sector.
- Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Team Working ability.
- Driving license is a must.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in managing sales people.
- Strong business sense and industry expertise.
- Experienced user of MS Office.
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Preferred to have a car.
