Job Description

  • Actively identify new business opportunities/ sectors to expand the business.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies in order to achieve monthly, quarterly and year end goals.
  • Identify, qualify, new customer sales opportunities to generate sales revenues that meet & exceed assigned goals.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Plan, and develop new sales strategies.
  • Updating management on the status of all prospects.
  • Selling full portfolio of projects & searching for new clients.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in any discipline.
  • 10-15 years of experience as a Sales Manager, preferred in food and beverage sector.
  • Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Team Working ability.
  • Driving license is a must.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing sales people.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  • Experienced user of MS Office.
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language.
  • Preferred to have a car.
