Job Description
- Maintain database by entering new and updated information
- Enter text and figures into company spreadsheets and databases
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files
- Handle confidential information and data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
Job Requirements
- From 0 - 2 years of experience
- Fast typing ability, with an eye for accuracy
- Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office Word, Excel etc.)
- Basic understanding of databases
- Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
- Great attention to detail
