Job Description
- Notify company management of any new legislation or amendments to current laws and regulations expected to impact company operations.
- Represent the company legally before Egyptian courts and all relevant authorities dealing with the company.
- Ensure the legal standing of the company regarding its transactions and procedures.
- Review internal legal procedures across company sectors and ensure compliance with the law.
- Prepare all legal opinions regarding legal inquiries and consultations.
- Maintain and update a database of legal cases.
- Monitor the progress of lawsuits involving the company and coordinate with relevant parties.
- Approve and review financial allocations for legal management.
- Approve investigations and violations in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Build friendly relationships with government institutions and judicial bodies.
- Hold weekly meetings with the legal department to distribute and review tasks.
- Hold monthly meetings with the Chairman of the Board and the Managing Director to review operations.
