Job Description
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules that meet them.
- Decomposition of Work Packages to simpler Activities and Tasks.
- Tasks Relations and Dependencies Development.
- Monitoring and tracking project progress and writing up reports.
- Ensuring all projects are completed on time.
- Earned Value Analysis and Management.
- Critical Path Monitoring and Controlling.
- Cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth running of the project.
- Consolidate both Strategic and Capital Updates in PMO Portfolio Report.
- Generate Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports.
- Prepare look ahead plan for the Execution team.
- Maintain Risk Register to foresee the possibility of occurrence and take corrective actions in conjunction with the Project Manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Engineering.
- Project planning experience is a must.
- Microsoft Projects experience is a must.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Very good command in English language.
