Product Manager - Faainex Platform Products

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

A Product Manager with expertise in ERP Solutions to lead the development, implementation, and management of our product offerings in the Different Business sector. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes with sales team, ERP solutions, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into strategic business solutions. The Product Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation and deliver high-quality solutions tailored to the needs of our clients with strong Time Management. 

Product Strategy and Planning:

• Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, including market research, product planning, and roadmap development.
• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives.
• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
• Provide thought leadership and strategic insights to drive product innovation and competitive differentiation.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Management:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality ERP solutions.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including executive leadership and clients.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements, and work closely with development teams to deliver winning products.

Product Development and Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor product performance and user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Ensure timely and high-quality product delivery by working closely with engineering teams.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in ERP Modules technologies.

Continues Development:

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and maintain deep expertise in ERP solutions.
• Implement processes for continuous product improvement and iteration.
• Any Other task assigned by the manager.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on ERP solutions and Stores
• Fluent in English.
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes, including Inventory and accounting Management  , and financial reporting.
• Proven experience with ERP solutions implementation and management.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-making.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
• Experience with agile development methodologies and tools.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
