Production Engineer

We are looking for a talented Production Engineer to be part of our team.

Scope of work:

• Work under the guidance of planning to execute and follow-up on the manufacturing plan
• Submit and Follow-up on the purchase orders with all the suppliers
• Update the progress of each item and all other relevant information on platforms needed daily
• Evaluate the current operational and production activities, recommend enhancements, and provide technical solutions
• Find ways to reduce costs, maximize quality, and enhance efficiency
• Identify and report mistakes, delays, or anything that might be affecting the manufacturing plan/process to Supervisor with providing solutions
• Make weekly reports about work done, not completed, and delayed, explain the reason for the delay, and provide solutions
• Provide the team with an accurate weekly plan for expected items progress so they can plan accordingly
• Investigate problems and delays, analyze root causes, derive solutions, and resolve them
• Develop operational strategies with vendors to achieve production and financial objectives
• Assist in monthly periodic surveys to appraise all the suppliers’ performance, and assess their capacity, and manufacturing activities
• Other duties that may be deemed necessary by Management
