will be responsible for:
• compile and analyze sales data, discerning sales trends.
• Share findings with sales operations managers and sales team members to determine tasks that technology & automation can speed up.
• Design incentives to encourage better performance from sales personnel.
• enter and organize data in the customer relationship management (CRM) platform.
• Analyze and communicate monthly sales progress against major KPIs analyze sales data to identify actionable insights for sales improvement .

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
