Job Description
Over all Job Purpose: The Quality Receiving Engineer is responsible for inspecting the receiving material and ensuring that they are in line with the quality standards. Also, seeking for continuous improvement by doing a focal role between the production, PDI service centers and the suppliers.
- Container Unpacking and parts inspection and follow up criteria using standard physical, Mechanical and/ or electrical measurements.
- Supervise unpacking to inspect items condition
- Prepare monthly report for defective items ratio & Periodic report
- Localized items inspection and testing to make the final approvals
- Technical report concerning the final chassis or products received by our factory.
- Prepare Localized items inspection report to be sent to Localization Department
- Handle Suppliers Technical Visits according to case requirement.
- Accurate documentation of results of the inspections and testing.
- Work with production management and Quality Assurance to provide feedback to assemblers regarding accuracy of assembly procedures.
- Make & follow up claims for Local and CKD parts.
- Follow up with service center and feedback manufacture and sales representative.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or relevant field
- Additional certification in Quality Assurance is a plus
- Hands-on experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and testing methodologies
- Technological Requirements: Data analysis knowledge
- Language Requirements: Excellent English language Writing and speaking.
