Job Description

  1. Participating in day to day return & warranty department.
  2. Responding to return & warranty issues in timely manner.
  3. Making all warranty & return reports & sharing with customer service, fleet & finance departments.
  4. Weekly meeting with Warranty and Return Supervisor to share workflow reports.
  5. Daily updates on the return excel sheet.
  6. Daily check on the return batteries due date to make sure to provide the customer with the final decision on the battery status.
  7. Data entry on sap application on the return batteries and daily updates on any changes on the batteries entered.
  8. Daily updated google sheet for the batteries that is ready to be delivered to the customer.
  9. For Scrap batteries
  10. After finishing checking all the returns, participating in creating monthly Report with all battery details & sending it to Returns Supervisor
  11. There is a testing tool called (Bosch Tester) all the team is responsible for double checking on the battery status after Lab’s examination.

Job Requirements

  • Warranty administration experience is must
  • Strong administrative experience is essential
  • Ability to work well under pressure, handle conflicting demands, identify priorities and schedule work appropriately
  • Able to meet deadlines without compromising on the quality of work
  • As you will be working closely with the Customer Service Team and quality control, so knowledge the relevant technical about battery would be an advantage
  • Strong written & verbal command of English is a must
