Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a dynamic team of 50+ engineers and technical staff across our facilities in Elminya. The ideal candidate will drive engineering excellence, optimize production processes, and ensure the seamless execution of projects. Prior experience in the textile or apparel industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 50+ engineers, technicians, and support staff.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct performance reviews, identify training needs, and develop talent pipelines.
2. Engineering Operations
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects (e.g., machinery upgrades, process optimization).
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards (ISO, OSHA, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, R&D, Quality) to align engineering goals with business objectives.
3. Budget & Resource Management
- Manage departmental budgets and cost-control initiatives.
- Optimize resource allocation for equipment, tools, and manpower.
5. Site Management
- Ensure smooth operations in Elminya.
- Address site-specific engineering challenges and implement scalable solutions.
6. Continuous Improvement
- Lead Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen initiatives to reduce waste and enhance productivity.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, Industrial, Textile, or related Engineering field.
- 8+ years of engineering experience, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing large teams.
- Proven track record in project management and process optimization.
- Strong technical knowledge of manufacturing machinery, automation, and maintenance systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to work in Elminya as required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the textile, apparel, or related manufacturing industries.
- Certification in Lean Six Sigma, PMP, or similar methodologies.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and CAD software.
