Job Description
- Assist in Preparation of annual recruitment plan in coordination with line management as per annual business plan.
- Responsible for attracting the right candidates for positions , screen candidates, assessing their CVs, and matching them with the vacancies available.
- Advertising all vacancies internally through the company’s network and externally through various media channels .
- Understanding the needs of Sales &marketing in pharmaceutical industry by possess a network of talent to meet the organization's staffing requirements.
- Assist Management in making objective hiring decisions.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of any relevant field .
- Experience from 8 : 10 years in recruitment processes and platforms (at least 3 years in the same role) .
- Knowledge of human resources databases and hiring strategies.
- Pharmaceutical background is preferred .
- HR Diploma is preferred.
- Maadi resident & nearby areas are preferred .
