Job Description
- Responsibilities include assuring all contractors and subcontractors comply with engineering standards and specifications.
- Participate and guide project quality control from kick-off until hand-off.
- Implements the QA/QC management system at the site.
- Coordinates all receipt inspections.
- Verifies that the quality-related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.
- Participates in internal and external site audits.
- Ensures all quality control documentation is compiled and competed for as-built handover through the QC turnover engineer.
- Completes site quality control instructions and action remedial responses.
Monitors the implementation of the approved site QC Plan. - Completes and coordinates the approval of the site QC technical submittals to the customer.
- Coordinates with the site construction manager on all quality issues.
- Coordinate and chair the QC site weekly meetings with the project's subcontractors' QC personnel.
- Elaborates inspection and test programs.
Assures all technical documents relative to site quality control are of current status.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 10+ years’ experience as a QC Manager.
- Experience in construction Projects is a must.
- V.Good command of English & Microsoft Office.
