Job Description

  • Oversee & understand key business strategies & objectives for communications, public relations’ and the company's employment branding goals.
  • Plan, develop and coordinate internal & external communication aligned with the company messaging & policies to increase the sense of connection between its extended community & through the construction industry market.
  • Develop and deliver innovative and effective employer brand strategies and value proposition.
  • Plan, create and execute engaging & creative English & Arabic content for internal & external publishing.
  • Plan, establish and manage the company's social media presence, corporate website, and address clients’ queries.
  • Assist in & employ a variety of marketing and public relations strategies including direct mail, web, newsletters, events & conferences, and other methods that meet defined goals and align with the organization’s strategic initiatives.
  • Collaborate with graphic design teams to ensure applying the plan.
  • Conduct market research & analysis and recommend outreach opportunities or stakeholder engagement activities, proper external benchmarks, best practices and innovative solutions to support the business; proactively tracking & managing changes.
  • Craft and send regular newsletters about latest company news.
  • Join online platforms and social media groups for discussing industry trending topics & new technologies.

Job Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or any other relevant field with marketing expertise, and extensive knowledge of social media.
  • 3-7 years prior experience as a Corporate Communications Specialist.
  • Familiarity with the construction field is a bonus.
  • Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem-solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management and project management.
  • A keen eye for details & the ability to come up with a unique and timely analysis of the feedback data through analytical thinking.
  • Proficiency in English and good presentation skills.
  • A strong passion for strategic building and insight-based repositioning.
