Job Description
- Prepare BOQ which includes the quantity, required materials’ specifications and estimated cost for Architecture & Structural departments according to the project budget.
- Define projects' costing by identifying the direct cost, overheads, material’s cost and risk provision after consolidating the BOQ (Price Analysis).
- Undertake breakdown of Variation Orders (VO).
- Issuing financial, technical reports and payment invoices.
- Issuing compensations and claims for contractors.
- Apply Price differences.
- Delegate tasks to the subordinates and provide them with the needed support to ensure high levels of performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
- 5 - 7 years of experience as QS Engineer.
- Aware of Law No. 182-2018 for contracting act is preferable.
- Very good computer skills (Revit, AutoCAD and MS Office).
- Very good command of English.
- Attention to details and commitment to accuracy.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
