Job Description
- Lead and manage the architectural technical office team, assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
- Review, approve, and supervise the preparation of architectural shop drawings and detailed drawings.
- Coordinate technically with other disciplines (Structural, MEP) to ensure full design integration.
- Review project documents (drawings, specifications, BOQs) for accuracy and completeness.
- Oversee the preparation of as-built drawings and ensure timely submission and approvals.
- Liaise with consultants and clients for technical reviews, approvals, and design clarifications.
- Provide technical support to site engineers and resolve architectural-related issues during construction.
- Ensure all architectural works adhere to quality standards, codes, and project specifications.
- Prepare regular technical reports and updates to higher management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- 10–20 years of experience, with at least several years in a technical office management role.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Deep knowledge of architectural codes, finishing details, and construction procedures.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
