Job Description
- Responsible for All Reporting Requirements from the Sales force to the Direct Manager.
- Oversee and optimize sales team performance through managing performance, coaching, and mentoring his team.
- Set and assign sell-through targets for his team (Sales force).
- Ensure effective sales execution.
- Drive revenue and profitability by achieving sales targets within the assigned region.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct market analysis to inform sales forecasting and strategy development.
- Conduct regular market visits to identify new opportunities and assess the competitive landscape.
- Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to drive retailer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Manage sales operations, including sales reporting, cash collection, and payment processes.
Job Requirements
- Work Location: Alexandria/ El Bahira
- 5 – 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bachelor’s Degree in any related discipline.
- Familiar with MS Office Suite.
- Very Good command of English (written, and oral)
- High follow-up and organizational skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
