Job Description

 

  • Handling Processing of medical and life claims under all lines of business which includes: 
    • Assessment of claims’ eligibility (medical/life)
    • Assessment and medical claims approval requests handling. 
    • Evaluation & settlement of coverage.
    • Registering new cases.
    • Internal & External communication
    • Taking decision based on segregation of authority 
    • Making the needed Communication with other departments, investigators & claimants.
    • Assist monitoring of the line of business KPIs through different regular reports.
    • Claims litigation management.
    • Claims Reinsurance management 
  • Assists in evaluating department procedures and workflow regularly to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
  • Develop good working relationships and workflows with other operational departments that impact claims processing.

 

Job Requirements

  • Holding bachelor’s in medicine/pharmaceutical sciences.
  • Fluent English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and team working skills.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in claims (medical and life).
