About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatch Coordinator to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule patients' trips
- Communicate effectively with drivers, patients and team members
- Track trips' progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the day
- Maintain accurate dispatch records and documentation

3 shifts rotation , starting from 4pm Egypt time till 7am Egypt time
Job Requirements
