Job Description
- Ensure high quality of data by accurately entering, validating & verifying data as per the data management policy agreed upon .
- Follows up with the payroll & personnel team regarding all work related to their day-to-day tasks
- Create new accounts and manage access permissions .
- Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users.
- Implement the approved changes and HR transactions in the structure/layout on the HRIS system (i.e., hiring, termination, transfer, promotion …etc.).
- Manage the approval cycles, processes, and workflow; including but not limited to contract renewal, leave approval and transfer workflow.
- Responsible for timely and accurate delivery of regular reporting to different business functions.
- HRIS Data Analysis and Reporting:
Job Requirements
- Work experience as an HRIS Administrator or similar role .
- Hands-on experience with databases and HR software .
- Basic knowledge of labor legislation and data protection regulation .
- Diploma in Human Resources is a plus .
- Advanced proficiency in database management and security, as well as running SQL queries.
- Skill in both verbal and written communication
