Job Description
• Install and configure computer systems and applications within the company.
• Install hardware, software, or peripheral equipment.
• Install and perform minor repairs to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment,
following design or installation specifications.
• Perform basic repairs to Copiers & Printers.
• Troubleshoot the network services Perform Data backup and security policies
implementation of client terminals.
• Working on AD (Add user – delete user – change password).
• Knowledge about Sophos Firewalls.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose hardware problems reported internally.
• Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving challenges.
• Actively update, maintain and monitor all aspects of computer networks.
Job Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, communications or computer engineering, or similar.
- From 3 to 5 year of experience in the same role.
- Good knowledge of CCNA, MCSA.
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems.
- Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation.
- Good command of the English Language
