Job Description
- Design and execute offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that include print advertising, direct mail, brochures and outdoor advertising, events.
- Work closely with senior management to ensure marketing campaigns align with the company’s overall objectives.
- Build brand awareness through targeted campaigns that increase visibility of the company’s offerings.
- Implement creative methods to generate quality leads.
- Track the performance of offline campaigns and optimize based on lead generation metrics.
- Organize and manage events such as property launches and exhibitions.
- Coordinate logistics, set-up, and promotion for events that attract potential buyers and investors.
- Ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials, advertising and manage budgets for all offline marketing activities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that will inform offline marketing strategies.
- Analyze competitor marketing activities and identify opportunities to stay ahead in the market.
- Create and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Track expenses related to offline marketing campaigns and report on ROI.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
- +5 years in offline marketing, preferably in real estate industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using marketing tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Office, design tools, etc.).
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills.
