Job Description

PR Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the PR efforts organically, leveraging his/her network of journalists, editors, and media professionals to pitch Tawaref stories and programs.
  2. Write and distribute high-quality press releases, founder interviews, and coverage summaries in both Arabic and English.
  3. Position the CEO as a thought leader by managing his personal brand
  4. Secure speaking slots at conferences and summits.
  5. Organize podcast appearances, panel invitations, and relevant interviews.
  6. Draft thought leadership pieces for editorial placement or LinkedIn.

Offline Marketing Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute offline presence at events and exhibitions 
  2. Source, coordinate, and manage vendors for print and event production.
  3. Identify co-branding opportunities with ecosystem players for visibility.
  4. Stay consistently updated on relevant upcoming events and exhibitions in the region, and pre-plan participation accordingly.  
  5. Suggest cost-effective offline marketing ideas aligned with strategic goals.

Community Responsibilities

  1. Organize and host webinars, online panels, or fireside chats in collaboration with ecosystem partners ,clients or new guest pitches.
  2. Pitch, co-create, and moderate guest speaker sessions, especially featuring thought leaders relevant to Saudi expansion.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 3+ years in PR communications and BTL marketing .
  • Familiarity with the GCC and Saudi Arabian media and event ecosystem.
  • Proven success in organic PR efforts, including journalist pitching, press coverage, and personal brand building.

Skills

  • Excellent writing and editing in Arabic and English
  • Strong network in regional media and event organizers.
  • Self-starter with project management and event coordination skills.

Soft Skills

  • Proactively communicates, collaborates across teams, and remains connected even in a remote work environment
  • Open to feedback and quick to adapt based on internal priorities.
  • Focused on delivering outcomes
  • Clear, concise, and professional in internal and external communication.
