Job Description

A freelance real estate agent that works on specified projects. Novaheim Real Estate will provide up-to-date marketing materials, unit availability, and price changes.
The freelancer will work entrepreneurially to find clients within the local market and provide project details and set up a meeting with Novaheim Real Estate.
The projects will be off-plan Dubai based projects.
Freelancer professionals will be subject to a thorough interview and will be selected based on the following criteria:
Communicate in English and Arabic language
Is computer literate and can use google drive for project information
Excellent Social Skills and sales expertise
Entrepreneurial
Freelancers will be given monthly, quarterly, and yearly targets which will help when assessing performance. Excellence in meeting those targets can yield bonuses and/or other incentives. (Pay structure and bonuses are mentioned below)
Industry Experience is a bonus
As contractors, the company does not pay a salary or grant any other employee benefits.
Renumeration will be given as per the pay structure and the timeline of which is subject to agreed developer commission payout to the company.
Work will be commission-based and follow a fee payment structure. Payouts will be based on the client signing SPA (Sales agreement + 4% Dubai Land Fee) and another half after developer specific timeline.
Proposed payment structure (per unit sold) (AED):
0 – 2,499,999 - 10,000 (EGP ~ 136,000)
2,500,000 – 4,999,999 - 20,000 (EGP ~ 271,000)
5,000,000 – 19,999,999 - 40,000 (EGP ~ 542,000)
20,000,000+ - 100,000 (EGP ~ 1,355,000)
*If targets are met for freelancers and brokerages, all payments are doubled.
