Job Description
- Site Supervision: Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring work is carried out as per design and specifications.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Quality Control: Monitor construction quality and ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
- Progress Reporting: Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports to senior management.
- Material Management: Assist in procurement and inventory management of construction materials.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid delays.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 1+ years of experience in construction, site management.
- Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools.
- Familiarity with construction software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) is a plus.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
