Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Outdoor Sales Engineer located in Qesm El Maadi. The Outdoor Sales Engineer will be responsible for conducting technical support, communicating with customers, and providing excellent customer service. The Outdoor Sales Engineer will also be responsible for performing sales activities and visiting customers on-site.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and developing Sales presentations to explain our company's products or services to customers.
• Discussing equipment needs and system requirements with customers and engineers.
• Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries.
• Soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating the data to create new sales and marketing strategies to target customers.
• Setting and achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Opening New Channels with New Customers & Create New Opportunities.
• Following Up on Collection fees of Orders with Customers and solving any Technical / Commercial Issues.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and Standards
