About the Role:

If you are looking for your next career step and would like to penetrate the banking field, then this opportunity is designed for you. We are currently hiring Call Center Agents for a big reputable bank with different locates in Downtown, Dokki, and Nasr City. 

Job description:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional phone support to customers, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Demonstrate a customer-focused mindset and adaptability to different situations and customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • Must be a graduate holding a Bachelor's degree or a Diploma from a university or higher institute.
  • From 0 to 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Rotational shifts. Last shift for females is 9 PM.
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively to handle high call volumes.
  • Can work under pressure and good time management skills.
  • Very good in English Language and Arabic Language.
  • Computer skills are required.
