Job Description
- Work daily with our hundreds of restaurant partners across Cairo.
- Form strong business relationships with restaurant owners, managers, operation leads, and marketing managers, building a comprehensive network of contacts in the food and beverage industry
- Sign marketing deals and order handling contracts with restaurants, including negotiating commission rates and exclusive offers.
- Conduct business meetings with existing and potential restaurants, to manage operational, business, and financial matters.
- Work with restaurant managers to retrieve the required information such as menu prices, inclusive and exclusive offers, photography, delivery areas, and general restaurant information required by our platform.
- Arrange photography sessions with restaurant managers and our photographers to photograph restaurants including meals and offers, providing high-quality content to our platform.
- Crafting business proposals and brochures for new restaurant clients, in order to deliver our value proposition to them.
- Devise a Territory Plan with the Marketing team to enable us to expand and cover major areas in Cairo, and cover several cuisines.
- Work closely with our Operations team, to resolve customer issues, complaints, and handle data requirements, content requirements, and resolve operational and financial issues with restaurants.
- Handle cash transactions with restaurant managers, including cash payments and cash collections from the restaurants.
- Use our suite of products, including user application, restaurant manager portal, and admin portal to better deliver our value proposition to restaurants, and retrieve required data.
- Align regularly with the Product team on the customer experience, market requirements, and suggest features and changes to our suite of products.
- Support the restaurant managers, operations, in using the restaurant manager website, and communicate issues with the Product team.
- Continuously monitor the market for new restaurant openings, to sign exclusive contracts with our company, giving us a market advantage.
Job Requirements
- Cairo, Nasr City resident is mandatory.
- Graduates with a bachelor’s degree or higher.
- At least 1-year experience in working with restaurant managers, or food delivery applications/websites.
- 2 years' experience or more is preferable.
- Previous Marketing or Sales experience or customer services
- Available to work with flexible hours according to business demand by restaurant managers.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are a must.
- Self-starter who is motivated to work independently
- Comfort working in an environment that is fast-paced.
- Proficient multi-tasker that is able to manage communication with hundreds of restaurant managers concurrently.
- Having a car and a valid driver's license is a plus.
