Job Description
- Preparing clarifications issues to be sent to client for the missing, contradicting and confusing issues related to the tender / opportunity requirements.
- Studying and understanding of tender requirements.
- Preparing shop drawings and as built drawings.
- Preparing the subcontractors’ and client’s invoices based on the progress report sent by the site engineer.
- Studying and understanding of the contract documents (drawings, specifications and BOQ’s).
- Preparing the technical submittals for Consultants & Project owners.
- Conduct the quantity surveying process to prepare required invoices.
- Preparing the technical submittals and negotiating the same with client.
- Support in installation at site if needed .
- Reviewing MEP drawings and technical coordination between all disciplines.
- Responsible for the technical revision of all MEP drawings, at different phases of the work progress.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
- 6-10 years of experience in construction companies
- Inspecting Equipment, Structures, or Material.
- Installation background is preferred.
- Analyzing Data or Information.
- Aware of Mechanical / Electrical Tech. Office/ Tendering Duties
- Preferred to be Near Giza .
