Job Description
- Assist in reviewing production orders and schedules to gather information about product types, quantities, and delivery dates.
- Help determine the resources needed, including labor and raw materials, to meet production goals.
- Support the review of operational reports to identify and resolve manufacturing issues, ensuring smooth production flow.
- Participate in designing production reports and schedules to capture essential data for review and cost accounting.
- Assist in coordinating production maintenance and quality control to optimize the use of resources, machines, and equipment.
- Analyze current production processes and resource usage to suggest improvements that enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Help monitor the use of machines, materials, and manpower, reviewing daily production reports to inform decision-making.
- Assist in determining the overall manufacturing resources needed to achieve annual targets.
- Gain knowledge in coating color recipes, coater mechanics, and quality control processes.
- Learn about chemical processes that reduce costs and improve efficiency.
- Develop operational skills related to specialty paper products and production knowledge.
Job Requirements
- Recent graduate in Chemistry major
- Excellent Excel User
- Excellent command of English
- Menoufia residents (Preferably Sadat)
