Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards.
Develop, implement, and monitor manufacturing processes to maximize productivity and minimize waste.

1-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and workflow optimization.
Proven ability to analyze data and implement process improvements.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance in an industrial environment.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to work flexible hours as required by production schedules.
