Job Description
- Assist in monitoring daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules.
- Support in analyzing production processes and identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Prepare daily production reports and maintain accurate documentation.
- Learn and apply ERP/production management systems for tracking and reporting.
- Support new product trials, line setups, and production changes as required.
- Contribute ideas and solutions to optimize machine performance and reduce waste.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering (fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced production environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in manufacturing is a plus.
- Willingness to work shifts if required.
