Job Description
Inbound Agent is responsible for delivering a class-leading quality customer service through reservation process, handling complaints and Customer inquiries by maintaining a good understanding of clinic operations and procedures which increase customer loyalty, improve Hospital branding and support achieve reservation target.
Outbound Agent is responsible for delivering a-class quality-oriented customer service to increase customer loyalty, improve Hospital branding and support continued sales through Promoting about new offers and services, handling complaints and Customer inquiries while maintaining a good understanding of clinic operations and procedures to achieve reservation target.
Operational Excellence Process
- Handle the cancellation and modification for upcoming Visiting Clinics.
- Handle Customers complaints in order to contribute actively to patients’ retention, maximize sales and increase customer satisfaction
- Escalate complex issues to the Call center's Team leader.
- Handle Online Booking.
Customer Satisfaction Process
- Build an outstanding service experience through meeting customer needs in align with good understanding of clinic operations and procedures.

- Establish an effective communication with team agents and other concerned departments to ensure getting accurate information to patient inquires.
Innovation Process
- Identify opportunities to add value beyond taking the call to relevant business areas (e.g., sales, marketing, product development, etc.)
- Provide proactively ideas and insights to improve the customer’s issues handling.
Job Requirements
+ 6 Months Experience in Dermatology Clinic.
- Graduates only.
- Females only.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
- Very good English skills.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Cairo Residences are preferred.
