Key responsibilities include:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in English, French, and Spanish
- Troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and process orders and returns
- Update customer records and maintain accurate documentation
- Escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
Job Requirements
- customer service or sales experience, ideally in a multilingual, fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English, (both written and verbal)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities
- Strong computer and software proficiency
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Language proficiency level B2-C1 in English. - Education: Graduates only.
