Construction Site Managers play a crucial role in overseeing and managing construction projects from inception to completion. Their responsibilities are diverse and require a combination of leadership, technical, and organizational skills.
Job Description:
- Develop project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with project stakeholders to understand goals, requirements, and expectations.
- Coordinate and manage site mobilization, including setting up temporary facilities, utilities, and access roads.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Supervise and lead on-site staff, subcontractors, and vendors.
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment.
- Develop and manage project budgets.
- Monitor and control project costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities.:
- Create and manage construction schedules.
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely project completion.
- Implement and enforce quality control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets project specifications and industry standards.
- Serve as the main point of contact between various project stakeholders.
- Communicate project status, issues, and updates to clients, architects, engineers, and other team members.
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction activities.

- Identify and assess project risks.

Job Requirements
- Previous experience as a Structural Engineer or similar field
- Excellent knowledge of construction methods and regulations
- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD
- Data-driven mindset with excellent mathematical skills
- Good communication ability (both written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Degree in Structural Engineering; a Master’s degree is a plus
- Strong experience in Civil & Arch projects
