Job Description

We are in the process of establishing an office in Cairo, Sheikh Zayed. For the beginning however, you will be working from Home.  

Key areas of responsibilities

  • Purchase order management documentation
  • Sales order management documentation
  • Ensure appropriate order flow, in-time shipments 
  • Ensure preshipment contract requirements are met, like advance payments, quality control in origin etc.
  • Manage all communication with supplier, clients and forwarders
  • Coordinate between purchase and sales contracts, payment conditions, quality requirements, labeling of the product
  • Check invoices for correct prices, quantities, and contract conditions and release for payment
  • Issue invoices to clients and commission notes
  • Check all import documents correctness and ensure that documents meet import requirements of country of destination
  • Check the artwork and ensure it meets clients and country of import and distribution requirements
  • Provide interface between the warehouse to ensure timely invoicing (warehouse provides information as to the exact quantity and lot that has left the warehouse). 
  • Provide interface between finance to ensure that required payments are made to suppliers to prompt follow up of documentation sending (with the supplier or the bank) prior to vessel arrival or to check if payment has been received by AMT so that goods can be released to the client (the warehouse also informed accordingly).
  • Monitor and process all claims/returns according to all requirements, including financial requirements, and ensure communication with the product manager and other departments such as logistic and AMT Warehousing facilities.
