Job Description

• Draft/Model the drawings to create accurate and detailed Plumbing & FF designs for diverse building projects, meeting drafting standards, quality and schedule requirements using BIM software.
• Adhere to established drafting guidelines and procedures.
• Use the latest drafting tools and techniques to develop effective drawings.
• Execute drafting of the projects within allotted timelines and MHs.
• Stay abreast with the latest developments with relevant drafting fields.
• Comply relevant QMS drafting requirements.

Job Requirements

•   Diploma/Technical/Bachelor Education with any specialization.
•   Minimum +5 years of Drafting/Modelling experience using BIM software.
•   Ability to draw projects as per the requirement in line with given instructions.
•   Perform the required design tasks within the allocated time respecting the deadline with quality output.
•   Be familiar with applicable codes & standards.
•   Experience working with multinational design consultants.
•   Proficiency in BIM tools (Revit).
