Job Description
- Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Lead Global Quality Strategy: Define and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy in line with the company’s global business objectives.
- Oversee Quality Operations: Ensure adherence to quality standards in all production processes, including product testing, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to improve product quality, reduce defects, and enhance overall operational efficiency through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all products meet international regulatory standards (ISO, FDA, etc.) and internal quality benchmarks.
- Customer Focus: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, supply chain, and customer service) to ensure product quality and address any quality-related customer concerns.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify risks in the manufacturing or operational processes and implement corrective actions to mitigate them.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze key quality metrics and provide regular updates to senior management on quality performance, trends, and improvement plans.
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s or master’s degree in quality management, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in quality management,
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in [specific industry, e.g., manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food processing, etc.] is highly desirable.
- Quality Standards: In-depth knowledge of international quality standards (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA regulations) and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
