As an experienced Development Manager, you will play a critical role in Link Development continued success, leading dynamic projects and empowering your team to create groundbreaking solutions.
Responsibilities
- Leading large technical teams making sure they follow best practices
- Transforming customer requirements into a technical solution
- Collaborating with project managers to deliver running projects and contribute with pre-sales team to size the effort for new opportunities and assist in conducting budgeting and creating timelines
- Mentoring and coaching team leaders and senior developers to help them grow
- Coding, code reviewing, troubleshooting, documentation are part of the responsibilities as well
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant degree
- 15 years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience in leading technical teams
- Expertise in distributed systems, ensuring high performance and scalability
- Proficiency with Angular, .NET Core, RabbitMQ, and Elasticsearch, SQL and NoSQL DBMSs, DevOps, and Cloud
- Strong leadership abilities, with a track record of successfully managing technical teams
- Strong architectural and analytical skills
- Strong communications skills with a track record of customer exposure
