Card Activation Assistance: Assisting customers with activating their cards, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free process.

Customer Issue Resolution: Resolving customer issues and complaints related to card activation promptly and efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Cards Activation Supervisor and other team members to address customer needs and optimize service delivery.

Documentation Management: Ensuring all required documents are accurately processed and delivered to headquarters on a daily basis, maintaining confidentiality and integrity.

Continuous Improvement: Identifying areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the cards activation process.

Job Requirements

The Keys to Unlock This Vacancy Are: 

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in relevant role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to de-escalate situations with customers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
  • Familiarity with card activation processes and procedures is a plus.
