Job Description
- Preparing shipping orders or documentation for international export shipments
- Scheduling shipments through freight carriers or via ocean freight or air freight depending on the item’s destination
- Ensure that all materials are available for packaging or shipping
- Prepare reports on shipment activity and costs
- Maintaining records of inventory, sales, and other business operations activities for the company
- Preparing bank documents for import shipment and all requirement for shipment clearance and payment
- Collecting Form 13 from clearance agent
- Recording import (Purchase) and export (Sales) shipments on ERP
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics .
- 2-3 years’ experience working in import/export operations
- Strong organizational and time management skills
