Job Description
- Receive online orders, regional & international shipment from the WH to be hallmarked & sealed
- Responsible about paying all hallmarking fees & shipping fees at the airport related to online orders, regional & international Shipments
- Delivery of the sealed orders to the fulfillment agency
- Hallmark & seal the shipments then communicate the hallmarking value & weight with the export department
- Receive customs invoice & packing lists from the export department to be used at the airport process
- Issue AWB & COO needed for shipping at the airport & share them as well the export department
- Issue other governmental documents that we will be needed for reimporting
- Be present at the airport to receive the shipment
- Take the shipment to the hallmarking committee to be checked against the governmental documents that was used during exporting
