Job Description
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate manner, via email, chat or calls .
- Identify customer needs to guide and help them use product features or troubleshoot issues for reporting.
- Ensure full and proper documentation of handled cases, actions taken and tools used according to internal guidelines.
- Follow internal processes in taking proper actions on systems and tools in order to fulfill tasks.
