Job Description
- Transfer tender / design drawings to REVIT Modeling.
- Coordinate Mechanical elements with other trades.
- Create necessary QS and REVIT Schedules.
- Review design drawings and adjust QS with BOQs.
- Technical meeting attendance and shop drawing approval from consultant.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering from reputable university.
- Knowledge of Building Information Modeling (BIM) software.
- Experience in Industrial / residential construction.
- Very good in (AutoCAD, #Revit is a must & Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge of: -
Fire Fighting – HVAC #Design
Shop drawing (#HVAC – #Fire_Fighting – #Plumbing)
Hydraulic Calculations using ELITE
ESP Calculations (elite or ASHRAE Duct Fitting)
HAP load estimation
Sizing (Ducts – Piping)
Quantity Survey
