Job Description
- Identify and approach potential clients in the engineering design, finishing, and construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, online research, and attending relevant events.
- Prepare and present business proposals, quotations, and service offerings.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, operations, marketing) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Maintain a customer database (CRM) and provide regular reports on business development activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
- Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in construction, design, or finishing sectors).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Fluency in English.
