Job Description
- Edit, modify BOQ (Bill of quantities) includes all project items descriptions, and assist in pricing of items.
- Editing of B.O.Q in CSI master format.
- Edit in assistance, Projects specifications in CSI master format.
- M.O.M (method of measurements).
- Selected Materials specifications and Edit data sheet to implement in BOQ and specifications.
- Identifies and compiles from drawings all quantities and of materials required for the project.
- knowledge Architecture product and materials application method.
- Assist in Editing technical specifications for the architecture Element's according to CSI master format.
- Assist in Understands the project design requirements and translates those requirements into materials.
- Performs product research; assists project designers with material selection and system research.
Job Requirements
- A Bachelor degree in Architecture.
- Maximum 5-8 years of experience, at least 2-3 years in same position
- Ability to use Excel, CSI, Adobe Programs, AutoCAD.
- Very good in English
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines efficiently
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and able to work independently as well as part of an effective team.
