Job Description
Our client is a multinational company for sport products
- You will be responsible to define your strategy to develop the B2B activity.
- You will have to put in place the right organization (with the support of the finance/supply/logistics/communication team) to satisfy your customer.
Core Responsibilities :
- To write your commercial policy about B2B: at who, what, how, how much.
- Build Relationships with New and Existing Customers
- Demonstrate strong strategic sales and negotiation skills
- Sales Analytics and Forecasting with weekly reports with action plans
- Manage P&L for short and long term plans
- Manage accounts to the outcome of increased customer satisfaction and increase in retention & sales growth
- Business Development: identity & purse new account/market opportunities
- Market research on competitors, new markets, new product lines
- Ensures complete and on-time order fulfillment, chargeback minimization, and operations metrics compliance.
- Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration
- Assist in merchandising, marketing, product position, and site promotions or “spotlights”
- Coordinate with Warehouse for Product Allocation needs
Job Requirements
Knowledge and Skills Preferred
SPORT LOVER and CUSTOMER PASSIONATE
- Fluent In English is A must
- 3 years sales & account management with Retail experience (preferred B2B sales)
- Experience in account management presentation skills (development & delivery)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Able to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficient with computer, customer relationship management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be a closer, ability to negotiate deals
- Excellent problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written.
- He must have a car
