Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and plan the materials requirement ongoing to ensure the production plan is met on time and with quality via effective planning strategies and techniques.
- Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses and optimize inventory performance via trend forecasting.
- Monitor production progress and ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
- Use the system to solve critical material shortage problems so actions can be captured in the records for the following manufacturing and production process.
- Work closely with the Purchasing team to ensure purchasing strategies are maximized ccontribute to supplier meetings to ensure demand for materials are met.
- Maintain and process documentation to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Job Requirements
Required skills, expertise & Knowledge:
- BS of Engineering Industrial or Mechanical
- (0-2) Years of relevant Work Experience.
- Ability to apply principles and concepts of MRP inventory control systems and JIT (Just in Time)
- Ability to apply principles and concepts of materials storage, and handling techniques.
- ERP User (Especially Odoo)
- High ability to conduct root cause analysis and proactively spot problems and propose solutions.
- Flexibility.
