- Supervise day-to-day telesales operations targeting retail pharmacies or medical outlets.
- Monitor call performance, conversion rates, and sales targets.
- Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines.
- Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for promotions and product availability.
- Handle escalated customer issues or complex inquiries.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and training to team members.
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly performance reports.
Job Requirements
