Job Description
- Sales Reporting: report the weekly pipeline, sales progress, and target vs. sales reports.
- Collection and LG Tracking: monitor invoice collections and assist in the lifecycle of LGs internally with our sales team.
- Data Entry on system: Accurately enter and maintain sales data (opportunities, quotes, etc.) within our SAP systems.
- Document Coordination: Timely distribution of essential company documents and coordination for contract reviews and tender preparations.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support as needed to optimize sales operations.
Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
- Very good at using MS office suite.
- Familiar with using system and data entry.
- Very good organizing and follow up skills, good at managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
